Letter to Families:
 
Dear Students and Parents,
 
The holidays are upon us and that means we have completed the first quarter.  I am offering exrtra credit for students to participate in the "Believe" Letter writing campaign to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation.  Students can write a letter to Santa, make sure it is in an envelope and addressed to "Santa Claus, North Pole." I am giving students 5 points per letter, up to 3 letters.  This is for a good cause, for every letter written Macy's donates $1 to the Make a Wish.  Please encourage your students to participate, it is a fun and whimsical way to help others this season.
 
I am also getting ready for Student Led Conferences the second week of December.  I will be e-mailing reminders and posting the invitation as well as providing a hard copy for those that need it.  I am looking forward to meeting with everyone!

Please send me an e-mail for a grade inquiries, I can attach a printout very easily. If you log onto the new web based student management system called Synergy you will be able to also check grades there, please be aware these will not change daily.  They will change once every two to three weeks as each chapter ends.
