Incoming Freshmen Placement Testing
English: Multiple Choice and Essay will be administered at each partner middle school (Lakeside, Lake Center, & Los Nietos) in late May (tenative dates -May 26 - May 29, 2009)
Math: Multiple Choice will be administered at each partner middle school by each students' math teacher in early June (tenative dates June 1 - June 5, 2009)
Placement in our honors program will be determined by each student's performance on the English and Math placement tests, California Standards Tests, and overall academic performance.
New students to the Whittier Union High School District (Private school students and new students to the SFHS attendance area) will have an opportunity to take an English and Math placement test. These tests will be administered:
