IDC hours of operation are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
We follow the district 10 month school calendar therefore closed all district holidays.
The center is divided into three areas: Infants, crawlers and toddlers.
Ratio is 3:1.
Appropriate classroom and playground activities are carried out by staff throughout the day to stimulate cognitive, physical and social-emotional development.
IDC provides full time children with developmental profiles (DRDP) and parent conferences. Individual learning goals will be updated regularly for each child in the program. We provide all children with play activities that allows them to learn as they enjoy there play time. IDC does not limit learning to indoor activities but provide children with a outdoor learning environment. During that time staff does individual observations that we than use to compile their own DRDP assessment.
