In an effort to communicate effectively with students and parents, we should all have information on our school web page explaining how to find class documents. For those of us who use Google Classroom, a statement explaining that all classwork can be found on Google Classroom with a link is all you need. If you would potentially post documents to the school website, you would need to know how to do that. The video explains all of that. Please keep in mind that links to Google Classroom and to documents shared to WUHSD won't be accessible to non-students. Please include some clarifying language about that. 
Google Classroom creation using Aeries
Some of us are just getting our Google Classrooms set up. Did you know that you don't need to worry about adding students to your classes? All you need to do is connect them through Aeries. If you have already created the classes and want to add students, Aeries will do that. If you want to have Aeries create classes and add students automatically, Aeries can do that too. Just look for the Add Website button on the Aeries homepage. 
Aeries Communication is an easy way to send messages to students and parents individually or to your whole class with a few clicks straight from the Aeries website.
This solution enables users to make video calls with up to 250 users per high-definition video meeting. The app allows users to join pre-scheduled meetings from calendar events, choose a link, enter meeting code and even dial in from their phones if the invitation includes a phone number. Another great feature is the ability to record meetings and save them to Google Drive for future use.  Google calendar will also automatically add a video conferencing link for everyone you invite. Simply click the link in the calendar invite to go to the conference.
