The Support Desk is open for phone (x1234), walk-in and email
support during the hours of 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday. The use of our Web Help Desk
(work order system) is HIGHLY encouraged for most requests, but for critical issues do not hesitate to call us ASAP. Please note that all core systems (e.g., email, network, web servers, server rooms) are monitored by the IT staff 24/7/365.
Who is IT? We’re the ones who get IT done. You may know us by our work installing and supporting computers, laptops, tablets, District email, wireless internet, document cameras, pole vault, and so much more. Basically, if it plugs into a wall (and doesn’t make food), we’ve got our hands in it. Our motto, like the district motto, is “Whatever IT takes.” That means providing students and staff with innovative, cutting-edge tools in a stable and reliable environment and superior support to keep it all running smoothly.
Scheduled Network Maintenance
This is a friendly reminder every Thursday night starting at 4:00 PM there is scheduled network maintenance. Network resources will be limited and/or unavailable during this time. We advise that you please plan your work accordingly.
