The Support Desk is open for phone (x1234), walk-in, and email support during the hours of 7:30 am through 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. The use of our GetHelp work order system is HIGHLY encouraged for most requests, but for critical issues do not hesitate to call us ASAP. Please note that all core systems (e.g., email, network, web servers, server rooms) are monitored by the IT staff 24/7/365.
Who is IT? You may know us by our work of installing and supporting computers, laptops, tablets, district email, wireless internet, document cameras, PoleVault, and so much more. Basically, if it plugs into a wall (and doesn’t make food), we’ve got our hands in it. We embody the “Whatever IT takes” philosophy. That means providing students and staff with innovative, cutting-edge tools in a stable and reliable environment as well as superior support to keep it all running smoothly.
This is a friendly reminder every Thursday night starting at 4:00 PM there is scheduled network maintenance. Network resources will be limited and/or unavailable during this time. We advise that you please plan your work accordingly.
Four-Phase Network Infrastructure Project
Currently, we are undergoing a multi-year, multi-phase, plan to upgrade our network infrastructure to better handle the demand of modern devices and the stress that 1:1 devices cause. The phases outlined below all depend on each other to bring about a more robust network that will be able to handle our current fleet of 20,000+ devices and beyond.
Phase 1: Fiber Optic Cabling - Complete!

Phase 3: Core router Upgrades - Complete!
Phase 4: Switch Upgrades - Configuration Underway
